One evening, my son looked up and said, “Mom, you should sell these,” and that simple statement sparked what would become The Sitota Collection.We named the brand after our daughter, Sitota, whose Amharic name means “gift.” From the beginning, that name embodied everything we wanted the collection to represent: family, connection, and the beauty of creating something by hand.Over a decade later, life brought me to Johannesburg.
